Establishment
Russia Mufties Council was created in 1996 by the decision on the 1st Majlis of the heads of regional Religious boards of Muslims of Russia.
The Council of Muftis of Russia is a centralized religious organization uniting on a voluntary basis religious Muslim associations – Religious boards of Muslims, Muhtasibats and other kinds of religious Muslim associations on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The Council carries out its activity on the basis of the Holy Writ of Muslims – the Koran and rules of the Muslim law – the Sharia and in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the Russian Federation , Federal Law «On freedom of conscience and religious associations» and the Charter.
The main purposes:
1. organizational consolidation of Muslim religious organizations on the territory of the Russian Federation with the view of joint solution of problems and tasks relating to the whole Muslim community of Russia;
2. coordination and mutual assistance with respect to the activity of the organizations being the part of it;
3. elaboration of a joint position of the organizations being the part of it in relations with public authorities on federal and local level, organizations representing other confessions, international and foreign organizations.
Chairman
The Chairman of the Russia Mufties Council is mufti sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin.
Language
The official language is Russian, but Arabian and English are additionally used as working languages.

Russian-Arab Business Council is an organization that develops the trade and economic relations between Russia and the Arab countries and provides assistance in establishing business contacts between businessmen. Our main office is situated in Moscow, Russian Federation.
The main activities of the Russian-Arab Business Council are as follows:

ООО Vitas Bank Ltd. was registered on October 27, 1992 by the Bank of Russia.
The Bank is a member of National association of participants of stock market, Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange, Association of Russian Banks, Deposit Insurance Agency, Russian Payment System SBERKART and United Retail Banking Network, associated member of payment systems Visa Int. and affiliated member of MasterCard Int, participant of the system Western Union and electronic banking system KiberPlat. The Bank branches are in Moscow, Makhachkala, Khasavyurt, Omsk and Krasnoyarsk. It is planned to extend branch network in the republic of Dagestan and Krasnoyarsky kray.
Today about 20 000 of legal entities and individuals are among the clients of the Bank. Basic Bank clients are small and medium businesses and individuals. Basic share (about 70%) of liabilities of the Bank is for individuals. According to data of Russian Bank of Development as of 01.01.2009, the Bank is on the 248th place in respect of deposit volumes of individuals among banks of the Russian Federation – 1 148 000 000 rubles. Preparing passive balance component of the Bank is in Moscow. Investment of funds is basically in the regions where the Bank branches are located. For the 5 years of work in the Republic of Dagestan the Bank has issued credits for the amount of more than 2 000 000 000 rubles to enterprises of real sector of economy. Total volume of credit portfolio the credits to enterprises is 87,5%. The level of credit overdue debt does not exceed 2%.
The Bank does active work to develop retail services, constantly extending the range of services and improving their quality. Own system of money transfer «Vista» is introduced. The system is prospective for the Republic of Dagestan.
Quality of provision of services was valued by partners and clients of the Bank and proved by the awards received in different nominations. The Bank became the best among those working with Western Union system in 2008.
